Synthetic blend oil is a mixture of conventional (mineral) oil and synthetic base oils, typically containing 10% to 25% synthetic components. This blend aims to deliver many advantages of full synthetic oil while remaining more budget-friendly than entirely synthetic options.  

• Improved Engine Protection: Synthetic blends provide better lubrication and resistance to engine wear than conventional oils because the synthetic components reduce friction and protect engine parts against wear and tear more effectively.
• Enhanced Performance in Extreme Temperatures: The synthetic portion improves viscosity stability, meaning the oil maintains proper thickness and flow during very cold starts and high-temperature operations, thereby improving engine performance under harsh conditions.
• Reduced Oil Consumption: Synthetic blends tend to burn less oil compared to conventional oils due to their tighter molecular structure, leading to fewer top-ups.
• Better Fuel Economy: Because of the reduced internal friction, synthetic blend oils can improve fuel efficiency slightly when compared to conventional oils.
• Longer Oil Life Compared to Conventional Oil: Synthetic blends generally last longer than conventional oils, often allowing oil change intervals of 5,000 to 7,500 miles, prolonging the time between oil changes and saving maintenance costs.
• Cost-Effective: They are typically priced between conventional and full synthetic oils, providing many performance benefits at a reasonable cost, making them suitable for budget-conscious drivers who want better protection than conventional oils.

  Full synthetic oil is a type of motor oil made from chemically synthesized base oils, offering superior performance and protection compared to conventional or synthetic blend oils. It's designed to provide better lubrication, resist breakdown under high temperatures, and maintain performance over longer drain intervals. While the term "full synthetic" is sometimes used interchangeably with "100% synthetic," there are subtle differences, with "100% synthetic" often referring to oils exclusively made from Group IV (PAO) base oils.

 High mileage oil is formulated specifically for engines with high mileage (typically over 75,000 miles) and offers several benefits for older vehicles.
